FAQ

When will I receive my order?

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by email. Orders will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days from the confirmation date.
Please see the details below for each delivery method.

Shipping

If your order is being shipped via courier, you will receive an email once your order is shipped with tracking if applicable.

Delivery times are estimated in business days and are not guaranteed. Delivery times can range up to 10 business days depending on the shipping destination.

Branch Pickup

If your order is being sent to a branch for pickup, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. Please ensure to bring your order number when visiting the Branch to retrieve your order.

Local Pickup Clients (Ontario only)

For approved pickup clients in Ontario please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed and included in your next scheduled pickup.

For example: if your regular pickup is on Wednesday, you must complete your supplies order by Monday.

Shipping my Order

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined at checkout and based on the weight, dimensions and delivery address. All orders are shipped with Canpar.

How can I track my order?

Canpar orders can be tracked via the Canpar website. Once an order has been picked up by Canpar, all tracking updates will be visible on their website.
Any further tracking inquiries can be made with Canpar. You can contact their support at 1-800-387-9335.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Some items may not be available for shipping. Pickup is only available at select branches. We are also unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

My order is lost, what do I do?

Due to current constraints in the supply chain, your order may be delayed. Please continue to check the tracking information on your shipping confirmation. If you still have not received your order 10 business days after the ship date, please email us directly at help@supplies.chitchats.com with your order number.

I’m missing an item from my order

If you are missing an item from your order, you must notify us at help@supplies.chitchats.com with details of the missing item(s) within 5 business days of the order received date. Please be sure to include your order number for reference.

I received my order, but it arrived damaged

Please email help@supplies.chitchats.com as soon as possible, with your order number. If possible, please provide photos of the packaging and contents.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Due to the nature of the supplies offered on our site, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges, with the exception of refurbished Thermal Label Printers.

For refurbished Thermal Printers:

  • No Refunds or Returns on refurbished printers
  • Exchange Only up to 30 days after purchase
  • Contact help@supplies.chitchats.com for exchange inquiries
  • Contact support@chitchats.com for tech support and troubleshooting

I want a Branch Pickup but I can’t complete my purchase

Please ensure you have selected Branch Pickup as your delivery method. If any errors persist, please contact us at help@supplies.chitchats.com.
