When will I receive my order?

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by email. Orders will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days from the confirmation date. If your order is being shipped, you will receive an email once your order is shipped with tracking if applicable. If your order is being sent to a branch for pickup, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. 

For approved pickup clients in Ontario allow 1 business day for orders to be processed and included in your next scheduled pickup. For example, if your regular pickup is on Wednesday, you must complete your supplies order by Monday.

Delivery times are estimated in business days and not guaranteed. Delivery times can range up to 10 business days depending on shipping destination. 


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined at checkout and based on the weight, dimensions and delivery address. All orders are shipped with Canpar. 

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Some items may not be available for shipping. Pickup is only available at select branches. We are also unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

I’m missing an item from my order?

If you are missing an item from your order, you must notify us at help@supplies.chitchats.com with details of the missing item(s) within 5 business days of the order received date. Please be sure to include your order number for reference. 

What do I do if I’m missing/lost order? 

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days. Please email us directly at help@supplies.chitchats.com with the order number.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept refund or exchange.
